Will the Minister make a statement on the creation of 20 mph zones on roads near schools?

Most schools in Wales have 20mph zones around them. We are proposing to extend these to the wider community with the introduction of the new 20mph national default speed limit on restricted roads (those with streetlights) in Wales next year.
This means that it will not only be safer for children around schools, but for their journey to school, and other journeys they make.
