Will the Minister provide an update on when the review of initial teacher education in further education will start?

The review of Initial Teacher Education (ITE) in the post compulsory education and training (PCET) sector began on 1 April 2022. Dr Steve Bell is undertaking the review on behalf of the Welsh Government and is being supported by my officials. Initial meetings with the sector and the first reference group meeting for the review have taken place. It is intended that Dr Bell will publish his report by the end of March 2023.
