Will the First Minister provide an update on making St David's Day a bank holiday in Wales?

The designation of bank holidays is a reserved matter. We have repeatedly requested the power to enable us to designate St David’s Day as a public holiday. These requests have been refused by the UK Government.
We will continue to assert the case for the devolution of powers to the Senedd and Welsh Ministers in line with the Senedd’s unanimously expressed view.
