Will the Minister confirm when a review into sustainable drainage systems (SuDS) will take place, and when a contractor will be appointed to carry out the work?

I can confirm that the contract is now in place. We have appointed Arup, who bring substantial experience and expertise to undertake the review. My officials are already engaging with Arup and stakeholders to ensure the full range of sectors and interested parties are able to contribute fully and meaningfully to the review.
