Will the Minister confirm that all the schools that do opt-in to receive the book commissioned to mark the Queens’s Platinum Jubilee, receive the quantities of books that they require well in advance of the Jubilee?
Primary schools will be able to order the books through the UK Government’s Department of Education and we communicated details of the order process in this week’s Dysg Newsletter. The books will be distributed by the publisher and delivered to schools who opt to receive them in September. All costs in relation to the publishing and distribution of the Queen’s Jubilee Book across devolved Governments are being managed by the UK Government.
The Queen’s Jubilee Book is not part of the Co-operation Agreement with Plaid Cymru.
