Will the Minister provide a breakdown of the £4.5 million funding for the Flexible Skills Programme?

The Flexible Skills Programme has an annual budget of £1.5m per annum for the next three financial years. The programme operates on a co-investment basis which means employers have to match fund Welsh Government support; this will see a total of £9 million invested in the Welsh economy over the next three years.
