Are any targets set for health boards currently that address waiting times?

The Planned Care Recovery Plan, which will be published on 26 April, will contain a range of targets for health boards in Wales to achieve over the next four years. This includes reducing the length of time people have to wait for initial outpatient appointments and the overall length of time people wait for their treatment after being referred.
