Is Welsh Government still working towards the targets on waiting times that were set as part of the ‘Transforming the way we deliver outpatients in Wales’ (April 2020) plan, or have they been superseded by new targets?

The Planned Care Recovery Plan, which will be published on 26 April, will contain a range of targets for health boards in Wales to achieve over the next four years. This includes reducing the length of time people have to wait for initial outpatient appointments and the overall length of time people wait for their treatment after being referred.
