The M4 Corridor around Newport Scheme was cancelled on 21 June 2021 and no properties have been sold since this date. A disposal strategy is being finalised in relation to M4 properties and will be implemented shortly.

Since 21 June 2021, 15 properties which had been purchased using Compulsory Purchase Orders for the M4 Corridor around Newport, are currently tenanted and 11 are vacant. A further 5 properties were transferred from Economy to Transport as they were required for M4 Corridor around Newport, 3 are currently tenanted and 2 are vacant.
