What consideration has the Minister given to mandating building information modelling in Wales?

We have previously supported industry awareness raising activities through Constructing Excellence Wales and others in relation to Building Information Modelling and currently provide for its inclusion within our NHS capital programme. In addition we have indicated we will consider its potential role in the Golden Thread of information relating to higher risk residential buildings as set out in the white paper ‘Safer Buildings in Wales’.
