Will the Minister make a statement on what funding she plans to make available to support tidal energy in 2022/23?

The Welsh Government is developing a Marine Energy Programme including developing a Tidal Lagoon Challenge, as set out in our Programme for Government. As part of this work, I am considering what funding will be needed in future years to support marine energy projects.
