Police recorded road accident numbers throughout most of 2020 were affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic which saw restrictions on how, where and why people could travel within Wales. This is reflected in the decrease shown in the table above for 2020-21.
At present there is no available validated Stats 19 information for 2021-22.
