Will the First Minister publish a list of meetings held with any Plaid Cymru MSs for the purpose of the Co-operation Agreement, since the agreement began?
As is usual practice and has been stated previously, legal advice, as regards Civil Service governance arrangements, was provided to the Permanent Secretary from the Welsh Government Legal Services Department.
Ministers have regular bilateral meetings with Designated Members to discuss collaboratively the policy areas contained within the Co-operation Agreement. I also meet regularly with the Leader of Plaid Cymru via the Oversight Board. Ministers meet with Plaid Cymru spokespeople as appropriate. Minutes of the Co-operation Agreement Oversight Board will be published in due course.
