Will the Minister review the criteria in the non-domestic rates emergency fund for self-catering accommodation, given that businesses are only currently eligible if they accommodate 30 guests or more?

The rationale for excluding self-catering accommodation with a capacity of under 30 was that those businesses were mainly able to trade normally, as they could operate both under the legislation and also relevant prevailing guidance, for example, that on household mixing.
For those businesses with capacity greater than 30, linked to activities such as outdoor pursuits and education, impacted by the restrictions, the approach allowed access to support.
