Will the Minister provide an update on whether the Welsh Government will call in the Model Farm planning application?

Responsibility for processing the application, and producing a revised Officer’s Report to Planning Committee, currently rests with the Vale of Glamorgan Council.
The application remains under consideration for call-in. A Direction which restricts the Council from granting planning permission until the call-in process has been completed has been placed on the site. I await a copy of the revised Officer’s Report to inform the call-in decision.
