Will the Minister state whether the Welsh Government is considering adding QR codes to COVID-19 international travel passes for 12-15 year olds to enable them to travel to countries which require travelers to have such codes to determine proof of vaccination?

We are working with DHSC and NHSX in the delivery of the Youth Pass, it is expected that this will be available from early February.
