What guidance has been published by the Commission under paragraph 1.5.1 of the Determination of the Remuneration Board on Members' Salaries and Allowances?
Paragraph 1.5.1 of the Determination states that “Members may from time to time be referred to guidance notes issued by the Members’ Business Support Team or other relevant Senedd Commission service”. Teams across the Commission provide guidance, information, and advice to Members of the Senedd and their support staff to assist them in relation to all aspects of their role, including understanding provisions in the Determination. This includes, but is not limited to, the duties of Members as employers and as data controllers. This information is generally published on the Members’ Intranet.
