What proportion of homes in Cardiff have been in fuel poverty for each of the last five years?

The most recent fuel poverty estimates published in 2018 show 9% of households in the Cardiff area and 11% of households in the Rhondda Cynon Taf area are estimated to be in fuel poverty, compared with the national average of 12%. The modelling for the estimates was based on national data drawn from the Welsh Housing Conditions Survey 2017-18 dataset. Annual data is not collected and is therefore not available.
