Has the Minister considered what additional support can be given to local authorities to expedite a second bathroom in council houses where there is a proven medical need?

Local authorities receive capital funding from the Welsh Government to meet their statutory duties to provide mandatory Disabled Facilities Grants to disabled people. Local authorities also receive £5 million Enable grant for adaptations which gives them additional flexibility and enables them not to apply a means test to medium sized adaptations such as downstairs washing facilities.
