What legal advice has the Welsh Government sought in relation to its Co-operation Agreement with Plaid Cymru?

As is usual practice, legal advice, as regards Civil Service governance arrangements, was provided to the Permanent Secretary from the Welsh Government Legal Services Department.
The Designated Lead Member will have access to Welsh Government offices. As noted in the mechanisms document, Plaid Cymru designated members will not have access to civil servants beyond the machinery agreed by Ministers.
