Will Plaid Cymru Members be referred by the First Minister to an independent investigator in the event of a breach of the code for Plaid Cymru designated members participating in the Cooperation Agreement, and can they be dismissed by the First Minister without reference to the Leader of Plaid Cymru?

The mechanisms document was published alongside the Co-operation Agreement on 1 December. Annex A sets out the code for designated members.
