Will the Leader of Plaid Cymru give statements in Government time on the floor of the Senedd, given that the Co-operation Agreement: Mechanisms document states that accountability for the Co-operation Agreement rests with the First Minister and the Leader of Plaid Cymru?
The mechanisms document, which sets out how the Co-operation Agreement will work, was published on 1 December.
Resources for the unit will be met from within the Central Services and Administration Main Expenditure Group, which is the responsibility of the Permanent Secretary.
Arrangements for joint press conferences will be made on a case by case basis.
Senedd procedures are a matter for the Senedd, not for me.
