Further to the full publication of the 2013 Robin Holden report, what steps has the Welsh Government taken to ensure that a training and development programme, including arrangements for appraisal and management supervision, has been implemented by the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board for all staff?

We are aware that Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board commissioned considerable work to ensure the Holden report recommendations were implemented. This was reported to the health board’s Quality, Safety and Experience Committee in January and has provided Welsh Government with assurance that action was taken and remains in place against the recommendations in the report.
