What guidance is being put in place for including supply staff in positive case notifications, and the issuing of lateral flow test kits for all school staff?

We expect local authorities and schools to ensure supply teachers and any other temporary staff are included in any notifications to staff of positive cases of Covid-19 within a school with which the individual may have come into contact, so that they can take precautionary steps to limit the transmission of Covid-19. Supply teachers should access lateral flow test kits through community LFT direct and collect routes. Special arrangements for reporting the results have been put in place and communicated with Local Authorities.
