Will the Minister outline the guidance being issued to cancer services to help ensure cancer diagnostics and treatment are not disrupted this winter, due to other pressures on the NHS?

Our guidance to the NHS is clear that cancer care is an essential service, which should continue throughout the winter. Operational pressures, which are impossible to predict, could result in some postponements.
The NHS Wales Choices Framework will be available to health boards and they will use this to ensure any postponements or disruption to services are kept to a minimum.
