Will the Minister state by when each regional partnership board is required to provide a plan to address the priorities set out in the winter plan to keep Wales safe this winter?
I expect the Regional Partnership Boards (RPBs) to submit their plans by 25 November and these will include the components of winter planning delivered by health boards and those delivered by local authorities as well as the joint responsibilities within the direct remit of the RPBs. A total of £9.8m has been distributed across all RPBs to support delivery of the plan.
The submissions by RPBs will be reviewed by the Health and Social Services Group in Welsh Government and existing governance and assurance mechanisms will be used to provide support and address any areas of concern.
