Further to WQ82635, will the Minister clarify whether all works required to commence within six to 12 months have started within the timeframe?

All inspection reports outlining recommended maintenance works were provided by the Coal Authority directly to the relevant local authorities. To date, the Coal Authority has not provided Welsh Government with copies of the inspection reports or an up to date list of all recommendations with suggested timeframes.
My previous response WQ82635, stated Welsh Government has been advised of works planned at over 100 coal tip sites and we continue to engage with local authorities, NRW and the Coal Authority on the different stages of their work programmes.
