What are the Welsh Government's plans for a cost-free equivalent of the COVID pass for those under the age of 16?

The provision of a covid type pass for children under the age of, 16 raises a number of challenging and complex issues. The Welsh Government will therefore continue to discuss options for the development of a system for children and will make an announcement as soon as possible.
