Will the First Minister outline how many FOIs have been submitted to the Welsh Government from January 2020 until now and, of those, how many were responded to within 20 days, along with how many were fully answered, partially answered or refused?
For the period 1 January 2020 to 19 October 2021 Welsh Government has received 1,806 resolvable requests for information. Of those, 1,403 were responded to within 20 working days (1,416 were completed within the statutory deadline). All of the requested information was provided in 844 of the requests and some of the requested information was provided in 251 of them. 256 of the requests were refused, consisting of:
