Will the Minister state by when Natural Resources Wales’s project board on phosphates is expected to deliver clear communications to Local Planning Authorities and applicants?
Natural Resources Wales first issued advice to planning authorities about applications affecting phosphorus sensitive river Special Areas of Conservation (SACs) in January this year and updated it in May. They will continue to update this advice as new information becomes available on the phosphorus issue.
