Will the Minister provide a breakdown of costs of exploring a Welsh universal basic income pilot, including staffing time, external consultants, and expenses?

Welsh Government officials are undertaking the scoping work for a Basic Income pilot in Wales as part of their wider policy development roles. At this stage no payment has been made to external consultants and no expenses have been claimed. However, this is likely to change as the pilot progresses and we will be transparent about the costs involved as we progress.
