Will the Minister provide an update on the Welsh Government’s progress to act on the recommendations of the report of the Economy, Infrastructure and Skills Committee inquiry into regional skills partnerships from October 2019, in particular actions 1 and 10?

Our Programme for Government commits us to strengthening the Regional Skills Partnerships and their remit is currently being considered, with due regard given to the recommendations of the committee’s report.
We have established a fourth RSP for Mid Wales, which will identify the skills priorities for that region.
In relation to actions one and 10, we rejected both of these recommendations for the reasons set out in our published response.
