What plans does the Welsh Government have to decarbonise the ministerial car fleet?

The decarbonisation of the ministerial car fleet is ongoing. Four diesel cars have already been replaced with three all-electric cars and one hybrid vehicle. A further three hybrids are on order this financial year.
