What action the Welsh Government is taking to ensure 12-15 year olds that have only receiving one dose of the COVID vaccine are eligible for COVID passes?

Regulation 16 of the Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions) (No. 5) (Wales) Regulations 2020 (the “Coronavirus Regulations”) exempt under 18’s from have to demonstrate their covid 19 status for the purposes of entering events and venues.
However, I will continue to work with the UK Government to design and deliver a pass for those who are under the age of 16.
