What assessment has the WG made of the additional types and quantities of greenhouse emissions that would be emitted by a fully operational incinerator on Barry Docks?

In July 2021 I decided not to suspend operation of the plant operated by Biomass UK No.2 Ltd at Barry Docks while environmental impact assessment is undertaken in relation to the outline planning permission for the plant. As part of that consideration, I considered the assessment made by Natural Resources Wales of the plant’s Global Warming Potential, submitted within the company’s application for an environmental permit.
