Will the Minister make a statement on which projects the Welsh Government is financing through the mutual investment model?

The Welsh Government will deliver three schemes through the Mutual Investment Model. These comprise completing dualling of the A465 between Dowlais and Hirwaun (i.e., sections 5 and 6); redeveloping the Velindre Cancer Centre; and supplementing capital investment in the 21st Century Schools and Colleges Programme.
