How much money has the Welsh Government allocated to changing road signs so that Welsh-language instructions appear above the English?

Existing signs are upgraded when they become life expired or the current road conditions are altered as part of a new scheme. There is no dedicated fund to change the signs and they are upgraded and financed within adjacent projects once they are commenced.
