How will the Welsh Government ensure the impartiality of the trade union when consulted by public bodies regarding sustainable development?

The Welsh Government consulted on the draft Social Partnership and Public Procurement (Wales) Bill prior to the Senedd elections. A summary of the responses to the consultation was published on 13 July and policy development continues in light of said responses from stakeholders.
The Bill will be introduced to the Senedd in due course and will be subject to full scrutiny at that time.
