Will the Minister make a statement as to whether there are plans for financial recompense for trade unions who are consulted by public bodies regarding their sustainable development under the Social Partnership Bill?

The Welsh Government consulted on the draft Social Partnership and Public Procurement (Wales) Bill prior to the Senedd elections. A summary of the responses to the consultation was published on 13 July and policy development continues in light of said responses from stakeholders.
The Bill will be introduced to the Senedd in due course and will be subject to full scrutiny at that time.
