What relationship does the Welsh Government have with the Greener Camping Club?

Our only relationship with the Greener Camping Club relates solely to considering applications for caravan/camping exemptions under paragraph 12 of the First Schedule to the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960 and under Section 269(6) of the Public Health Act 1936. The Club met the criteria set out in Welsh Government Guidance and were granted said exemptions, initially in 2014 and subsequently renewed in 2017. The current certificates expire on 14 September 2022.
