What steps is the Welsh Government taking to implement an outright ban on the giving of animals as prizes on both public and private land?

Our priorities rest with the recently published Programme for Government 2021 to 2026.
Discussions are in progress on how to deliver on the commitments within the overall Programme and I will be publishing a five year plan for animal welfare this autumn.
