What consideration has the Welsh Government given to trialling a shorter working week?

While the length of the working week is a reserved matter the Welsh Government supports policies, such as flexible working, which link to fair working practices and have the potential to improve people’s work-life balance.
My officials are meeting with the Four-Day Week Campaign shortly to discuss some of these issues further.
