Will the Minister provide a breakdown of the expressions of interest the Welsh Government has received from potential participants in the International Learning Exchange Programme?
The International Learning Exchange Programme is progressing quickly through the early phases of its development. In advance of wide ranging stakeholder engagement that will take place in autumn this year, my officials have met with numerous potential participants. These include representatives from all Higher Education Institutions and Further Education Colleges across Wales and also representatives from youth organisations across Wales.
Reflecting the interest in the reciprocity element of the programme, early engagement and awareness raising amongst potential participants has also taken place with numerous embassies across the globe.
