What assessment has the Welsh Government made of the impact of the UK Parliament's Elections Bill on Wales?

Following the introduction of the Elections Bill to the UK Parliament, the Welsh Government has been analysing the impact of the Bill on Wales, and will lay a Legislative Consent Memorandum as soon as possible.
