Will the Minister outline what gender assessments the Welsh Government undertakes into its employability and training schemes?

As a condition of funding, all ESF-funded employability and skills programmes must commission independent evaluations. One of the aspects considered is the cross-cutting theme of equality and diversity. Non-ESF funded programmes are also evaluated. These evaluations are published periodically on the Welsh Government’s website.
Additionally, Equality Impact Assessments are a requirement for all Welsh Government programmes.
