Will the Minister provide an update on the inclusion of out-of-hours IR35 employees within the COVID bonus payment guidelines and a timeline as to when these will receive a bonus?

As per the guidance if individuals are engaged through Health Boards under IR35 arrangements they are not eligible for the bonus payment.
