What is the Welsh Government doing to improve economic productivity in Wales?

I refer you to our Economic Resilience and Reconstruction Mission:

Economic resilience and reconstruction mission [HTML] | GOV.WALES

The Mission, alongside our new Programme for Government sets out our ambition to re-build our economy and develop a modern and productive infrastructure which acts as an engine for inclusive and sustainable growth. We will create a wellbeing economy which works for everyone, grounded in our values of progressive change. New digital, economic and transport infrastructures will re-build and re-energise our communities and deliver a green transformation.

We also see fair work as fundamental to a prosperous economy with a strong relationship between fair treatment of employees, their wellbeing and engagement, with increased commitment and productivity.

Furthermore our Young Person’s Guarantee - an ambitious programme that will aim to provide everyone under 25 in Wales with the offer of work, education, training, or self-employment - to ensure young people have the skills and experience they need for the jobs of today and the future.
