Will the Minister confirm whether the Welsh Government intends to implement an all-inclusive deposit return system in Wales and what the latest proposed timeframes are for this?

Our consultation on the preferred design for the deposit return scheme for drink containers closed on the 4th June. The consultation set out that our preference is for an all-in scheme for Wales and we are currently reviewing the responses received which will inform the development of the scheme.
