What is the Welsh Government's plans and schedule for evaluating the most recent Arbed scheme?

The Welsh Government has commissioned Miller Research Ltd to evaluate the Warm Homes Programme Arbed Scheme. The evaluation is assessing performance against stated outputs and achievement of delivery objectives. The contract was awarded in April 2020 and fieldwork began in September 2020. The final report is expected by the end of August 2021 and will be published once the findings have been considered. An additional report on the scheme following the review being undertaken currently by Audit Wales is expected in the summer.
