As we embark on the sixth Senedd, we are considering our priorities for a stronger, greener and fairer Wales.  Within this context, we will consider how to improve our non-domestic rates system while sustaining vital revenue for the local services from which we all derive a significant benefit.  Future decisions about non-domestic rates will form part of these important considerations.
